Much better in the second half because we kept it on the ground and played like we know we can.
Could of had more but was nice to get a decent result like that to give us more confidence going into Saturdays match instead of a 1-0 and we end up hanging on at the end.
Joe Gomes, well what can you say, what a beauty of a goal and only he could have done something like that, gotta surely be starting a match soon? _________________ Frome town till i die!!! |

I'm guessing Joe is still building up his fitness? He's a class above most other players at this level, and very creative. As you say, second half last night was excellent, especially after the first 45 minutes of hoof ball. Don't know why our midfield tends to sit so deep at times - it invites the opposition to attack and also limits our options going forward.
Good resuly anyway - onwards and upwards now. |
