Shame again. We were the best team. We are not taking our chances. We had them tonight.Open goals. Should have been 5-2 to Frome.
Come on you Reds. _________________ ok |

Indeed, WHAT a match. Talk about saving the best for last!!
That match was a great advert for the Western League as it showed two fit, talented teams committed to playing fast attacking football in a great spirit. I reckon Dawlish are the best team I've seen at the Hill in a long team, and last night we matched them for commitment, talent and fitness.
Classic, classic match ... I've now got to try and condense 8 pages of notes into a match report ...
And how good was that last ditch Lapham tackle on Mudge in the dying moments? Awesome.
Here's the photos.
Mascot Isobel Stevens with the team captains and match officials prior to the match
Matt Cowler being presented with the Man of the Match award by John Scott of John Scott Builders who sponsored the match.

| 1st goal was definitely in and salts missed two of the easiest chances he'll ever get but it was a very enjoyable game of football. We were better in the second half and would have been unlucky not to get at least a point. |
