Fair enough seeing as you know him but you scored loads more than him last season so why do you think he'll score more than salts? Ill have a bet with you Deano. For each goal that either player scores more than the other will cost £5. So if Salts scores 10 more than Mike then thats £50 you owe & vice versa. The winner then donates the winnings to FTFC.
Bet on? _________________ Trotsky

From what I have heard and read he was played out of position a lot last season (from the wing to central midfield) and very rarely up front, I suppose alot because of Deano's form?!
He caused us loads of problems when he came on in a pre-season friendly against Yate as a second half sub through his pace.
I understand we have got ourselves a very talented player but as ever let's see what happens when the action gets underway!
Training starts on Tuesday so hopefully over the next week our squad might be boosted further! _________________ "COME ON YOU REDS!" |

Deano,
Where are you playing next season? Also, you still haven't bought me that Stoke ticket you promised me last year when we were promoted. You should be able to afford it since you are still buying Championship tickets down at Ashton Gate. |

first of al i will not hear a bad word against my bestest team in the whole world BRISTOL CITY and i cant remember the actual bet so refresh my memory and ill see what i can do.
Mike upfront is brilliant and if he would of played there last season would of scored more then me without a doubt its just he is unlucky he was born with a left foot and like most players with a left peg ends up playing wide left even tho its not thier favoured position.
He was top goalscorer at Cheltenham Town for three years running setting two club goalscoring records, Crabby really has done well signing him as i know there were clubs in the league above desperate to get him to sign. I informed mike that the club bar sells black rat and he never looked back after that.
i really want to take the $5 bet but knowin my luck he will get bloody injured plus im skint so lets make it $2 and ill stick to it and u can all banter me at the end of the season if im wrong. |

Still work in a bank, Deano?
PS The pound sign £ is [shift 3]
PPS I popped into Nat West today and the woman behind the counter asked me if she could set me up for a "savings review". When I suggested that as they'd lost £28 billion last year, perhaps it should be me who reviews them, she didn't think it was that funny (unlike a few other people in the queue).

Just read the 1st bit of your reply Deano! Boy you come out with some crackers dont you!
Tell you what Deano, you sponsor Salts £1 per goal & ill sponsor Mike £1 per goal & at the end of the season we'll see who's more oyut of pocket. How about that to make it simpler?
Dont get me wrong Dean, i'd love it if Mike scored more than Salts, but theres no fine striker in the West & SW the Mark Salter & i really beleive you'll be digging your hand deeper than me. _________________ Trotsky
