How good now is Sarah Moxey?
She used to be very good youngster, 15 or 16 years old, great left foot if i remember.
She must be getting on a bit now though. 29 or possibly 30 next March. |

Sarah is still a tallented and highly treasured member of our 1st
team squad.She not only has the most accurate and powerfull left foot
i've seen in womens football [better than most male 1st team players]
she also has the abillity to read the game and with her experience
talks many of the younger girls through matches. This is why Sarah is
my 1st choice centre back/sweeper and my 1st team captain.
Sarah may be in her late 20s and the blistering pace may have slowed
a little,but she uses her experience to position herself accordingly,
her technical skills are supburb,where else, except at the very highest
level of womens football can you see a player who is confident
with both feet and heads the ball with power and accuracy ?
I as 1st team manager can not praise this girl enough,just wish i had
another 4 or 5 like her. |
